Where to buy

How to order from us       
        
1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase to our sales person, or email to sales@vitorcam.com.

2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice once we get your order. And if you need, we will help you calculate the best freight charge by courier or by air or by sea.

3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank copy, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the ready date in 2 days.

4. When the goods are finished, we will send the goods out, and let you know the tracking number. 
       
MOQ       
          
1. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity.

2. From the second order, the MOQ is 10pcs    
          
Payment Terms       
          
T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and L/C

1. Under T/T, there will be USD15.00 bank charge for a order below USD1000.00

2. Under Paypl, there will be 4% paypal fee.

3. For only total amount above USD10000.00, we can accept L/C.

4. We can put the customers' orders down to production once we get the bank copy.

5. Except L/C, before delivery, we should get 100% payment.    
          
Lead Time      

 

1. For a sample order (below 15pcs), the lead time will be whin 3 days after the payment.

2. For a formal order, the lead time will be 10-14 days after the payment.    
        
OEM Service       
        
1. If the total order quantities are above 50pcs, we can silk-screen print the customers' logo on the products by free of charge

2. We can put the customers' model numbers in the stickers of the products, boxes, and in the manuals by free of charge, and there will be no order quantities limit here.

3. We accept ODM projects, and welcome your enquiries!    
          
Warranty Policy       
          
We provide two years warranty for IP Cameras after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of Charge.

1. If our customers could repair the products by themselves, we will supply the spare parts.

2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be shipped back to us, and we repair and afford 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
